Happiness
Is said to be
A blessing, not a guarantee.
That can't be sold
That can't be bought
That for itself cannot be sought,
But discovered
By those who give it away,
For giving is its own reward.
Many search,
But few will find
Happiness or peace of mind,
Until they learn
That what they seek
Is not a method or technique
But rather a gift
Lavished on those
Who give it to others.
Happiness
Will surely be
A myth and not reality
That can't be sold
That can't be bought
That for itself cannot be sought.
But discovered
By those who love,
For loving is its own happiness.
